I have a long spanning career and connection with the Hospitality industry, and a number (if not nearly all but a small handful) are restaurants, bars, nightclubs, cafes and sit somewhere in the entertainment and food and beverage sector. We love it, we work those crazy hours, we live it!!
When I started Creative Little Soul I identified that there was a real lack of accessible support and services to aid and assist stand alone and small to medium sized businesses. Not everyone could afford to employ someone full time in a marketing, digital and social role, and the owner operators either didn’t have the skills or know how how to strategise, create and then deploy a successful marketing plan and campaign.
Venue managers and licensees where busy on the floor, dealing with operations (as their role was created for) and they had little interest at all or often the skill set to be able to do it all. Even here at Creative Little Soul we’ve a team and while many wear different hats, we’ve hand picked team member who are skilled in specific areas – as well as having a background in hospitality too.

Many other agencies we found venues had worked with in the past too, just didn’t get them. Having been on the floor, slung cocktails, poured over P &L’s and having ran events, we got it!! Over the years our client base has grown and we’ve worked with award winning venues not only within Australia but all over the world. When the restaurant industry was impacted by COVID-19, so were we, but we kept fighting along with them and continue to do so.
