AC&E 2016 Awards nominations are now open, and you might want to check out the judges!

Building on over 35 years of awarding work that works, last year the AC&E Awards set a new course, rewarding the optimum balance of creativity and effectiveness.

To win an AC&E Award, you need to have not only exceptional creativity in the solution to your problem, but also demonstrate your approach was truly effective. To put it simply, brilliant creativity has to cause exceptional results.

There are 30 awards sub-categories, grouped under seven distinct categories. In addition to these, the Pinnacle and Excellence Awards  recognise the individuals and agencies who have made an exceptional contributions to Australian Marketing, Media & Advertising. These winners will be specially selected by our 2016 judges.

There’s always lots working in the background here at Creative Little Soul, and we can announce that one of your judges for the 2016 awards, is no other than me!

The AC&E Awards judges are selected from the most respected practitioners of advertising, marketing and media in Australia. Judging will allocate marks for creativity and effectiveness in equal proportion and will be conducted over three rounds in August and September. It’s an honor to have been asked and I’ll be on a panel with other amazing powerhouses like Mark Lollback – CEO of Group M, Leah Tennant Head of Marketing Australia & NZ, Facebook and James Wright the Managing Director or Red Agency in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for individuals and teams from the social and digital world and agencies along with individuals to be recognised and awarded for their contributions to the creative realm.

Applications are open now, so if you know someone that fits the criteria then I encourage you to enter. You can find out more information and details by visiting the AC&E website and by downloading an entry form here.

I’m looking forward to seeing all the awesome great entries and applications. Good luck all!
