Your Festive Pep Talk (From Me to You)
If you’re reading this, thanks – and I’m guessing you’ve managed to sneak away from the absolute madness that is this time of year’s trade. Gold star.
I hope the tips, tricks, and straight-up advice I’ve thrown your way throughout the year have helped make things a little smoother. But because I can’t help myself, here’s your festive season reminder:
Capture. That. Data.
Right now, while the tills are ringing and the bookings are flowing, grab as much customer info as you can. When things quiet down a bit, that’s the gold we’ll use to bring people back through your doors.

CLS Trading Hours
Here’s the deal: I’ll be on call and keeping an eye on all socials and enquiries (I’ve got your back). But most of the CLS team will be on leave – yes, even the design girls. So please, please, please get anything you need to us beforehand. If it’s last-minute? Sorry, but it ain’t happening. Surely we’ve raised you better than that by now.

Don’t Forget to:
- Share your own trading hours (extra days, closed days, all of it).
- Lock in any sales (Boxing Day isn’t going to promote itself – get it sorted).
- Update your Google My Business and website with your festive info.
Take a moment to be grateful, present, and kind to your team – they’re running on fumes too.
